Anna began her career as a retail manager, focused on customer service and coaching her team to meet sales goals. From her time in management, she was able to grow her skills in organization and time management and apply those in a new administration career as a staffing coordinator and for the last four years as an administrative assistant in a non-profit association.
Anna is excited to work for Spader Group because of the flexible, remote work environment. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere and the focus on personal and professional growth and teambuilding.
Anna enjoys working with all of the details that make businesses successful. She is looking forward to building relationships with her clients and utilizing her skills in multitasking and time management to help small businesses reach their goals.
In her free time, Anna spends her time outdoors with her husband and three girls. She enjoys photographing nature during family hikes, working in her greenhouse and gardens, or playing sports with her girls.
