Onboarding Specialist

Cindy is a certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, with an associate degrees in Professional Accounting and Information Systems.

Through her training, she has been required to pass a series of exams, providing proof of experience, signing a code of ethics, and obtaining ongoing education to keep skills and knowledge up to date.

Cindy enjoys building long-term relationships of mutual trust and collaboration and finds the greatest job satisfaction when she is able to make someone else’s job easier. After spending 9 years in the corporate environment, she missed working in a more relaxed atmosphere that is prevalent in small companies. She decided to leave the corporate environment and go back to her accounting roots.

She loves working at Spader Group because she is given the flexibility to work with each client in the way that best suits their needs. She values that she is appreciated for the contributions she and the team make and she enjoys the flexibility that working from home brings.

When it comes to her role, she enjoys working with small business clients who are excited to bring their business to the next level and get their bookkeeping in order.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Cindy enjoys spending the winter in Florida and appreciates being able to work from there. In her spare time, she loves designing digital photo books, playing tennis, biking, hiking, and traveling in their motorhome with their two Ragdoll cats.
