Pam brings experience in customer service, sales and administrative work to our team. She enjoys working with people and understands how the customer experience impacts the day to day operations of a business.

She values the variety and broad spectrum of work Spader Group does. She is constantly learning and has a lot of fun being involved in our client's successes!

In her role, she loves encouraging her team to flourish and grow in their roles. For Pam, it's rewarding to see each person take on more responsibilities and build their independence.

She has been married for 30 years and has 4 children. Their family recently purchased a lake property and hope to relocate there soon as empty nesters!

In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors hiking, kayaking, and weekends at the lake.
