With a rich background spanning 18 years, she has dedicated the last 9 years to excelling in administration, specializing in process improvement and productivity.

Joining Spader Group, Sheila is thrilled to contribute her expertise to a company and team committed to continuous growth and excellence. Business operations lie at the heart of Sheila's passion, and she is motivated by the pursuit of process improvement and operational efficiency.
